How do contracts work?
Cooee operates as a subscription service. Once subscription terms are fulfilled, you can request account cancellation through Support at any time. Your Cooee number and services remain active for the rest of your current billing month, allowing continued access before the subscription officially ends for your account each month period.
How do I view and manage my subscription?
You can view, monitor and manage your subscription directly through the user dashboard, allowing easy access to account details, billing information, plan updates and subscription settings while keeping everything organised in one place for a simple account management experience for all users today online easily globally.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel?
You can contact customer support to cancel your subscription, however once a number has been allocated to your account, refunds are unavailable. Your service and account access remain active until the end of the current billing period for continued usage for existing account activity.
